Charlton Athletic are recruiting for multiple Academy Analysis Internship opportunities for the 2026/27 season, offering aspiring analysts the chance to gain hands-on experience within a professional football environment.

Academy Analysis Internships
Available roles include:
- U21 Performance Analyst Intern
- U18 Performance Analyst Intern
- IDP Analyst Intern
- Foundation Phase Analyst Intern
⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Assist with opposition reports and video clips
- Film academy matches and training sessions
- Live and post-match coding using Hudl Sportscode
- Create post-match clips for team and individual feedback
- Maintain team and player statistical databases
- Produce loan player reports
- Support departmental analysis projects and video libraries
What They’re Looking For
- Students currently undertaking a placement/sandwich year
- Strong understanding of football tactics and analysis
- Passion for performance analysis and player development
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays
