About the role

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will design, build, and deploy AI-driven automation solutions that enhance efficiency and support business operations across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver scalable solutions from concept through to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship AI-driven automation: generative AI, conversational AI, and agentic workflows
• Build and operate scalable applications like chatbots and agents
• Build new capabilities and skills for our AI agents
• Integrate AI into existing systems through APIs, cloud services, and modern architectures
• Spot automation opportunities with the team and turn business needs into working solutions
• Keep solutions sharp through monitoring, evaluation, and iteration

Requirements

• Strong in JavaScript / TypeScript and/or Python
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI: prompting, building against model APIs, and shipping features on top of them
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI like chatbots, assistants, or voicebots you've actually built and run
• Experience building automation solutions, whether AI-driven, conversational, or workflow-based
• Hands-on with APIs and REST services, and integrating into existing systems
• Comfortable on a major cloud platform (e.g. GCP or similar providers)
• Can translate fuzzy business requirements into end-to-end technical solutions
• Fluent English, written and spoken, since we work with international teams

• Automation tooling and workflow orchestration
• Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Open-minded and eager to explore new approaches with the team
• Motivated to read and learn AI news and keep up with what's new out there
