We're looking for a Commercial Intelligence Coordinator to join our Commercial Intelligence, Data & Innovation team. This is an ideal entry level opportunity for someone who is curious about data, technology and AI and wants to build a career in analytics.

You'll play an important role in keeping our reporting, dashboards and data running smoothly while helping improve the way our team works through automation, AI tools and continuous process improvements.

You'll build strong foundations in reporting, data management and stakeholder support while learning from experienced analysts.

  • Build and maintain regular reports and dashboards, ensuring they're accurate, reliable and delivered on time.
  • Maintain data quality and consistency across multiple systems.
  • Explore AI tools and automation opportunities that improve team efficiency.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as the first point of contact for reporting and data requests, coordinating information across the business.
  • Support the team by keeping projects, requests and priorities on track.
  • Experience using Excel or Google Sheets and confidence working with data or numbers.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to build positive relationships across the business.
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn new tools, technologies and ways of working.
  • Curiosity about data, AI and emerging technologies, with an eagerness to develop your skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or issues in data.
  • Experience using AI tools through work, study or personal projects.
  • An interest in media, advertising, technology or the entertainment industry.
