The Role:

As a EUC Engineer at DAZN, you will be joining a global team located across multiple regions and time zones. Reporting to the EUS Regional Lead you will be responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding, managing and maintaining the office endpoints including video conferencing and supporting the wider global team in the delivery of projects.

  • Oversee the day-to-day IT operations of your site, ensuring office standards set out in our Global Technology Blueprint
  • 2nd Line incident support, Executive and VIP support.
  • Fulfilment of employee service requests, Setting up workstations with necessary equipment e.g. monitors and peripherals.
  • Support our Central teams with remote hands activities, projects and general 1st and 2nd line support.
  • Update knowledge base and provide training and guidance when needed.
  • Manage and maintain stock levels according to the needs of the site.
  • Installation of hardware and software, working along with the business to gather requirements
  • Maintain and update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with accurate and relevant information.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a user facing support role.
  • You’ll have a can-do attitude, happy to get stuck in regardless of the task.
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Strong information technology background with demonstrable experience providing direct user-facing support.
  • Desktop Support 2nd line, Experience with troubleshooting issues on both MAC and Windows devices.
  • Basic networking knowledge, Knowledge of Teams enabled video conferencing on both Windows and Android platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge, Jira and Confluence, Good working knowledge of ITIL
  • Day-to-day experience working with ticketing systems (Halo, ServiceNow).
