We're looking for an engineer who enjoys learning, solving problems, and continuously improving how things are done. You might be a great fit if you have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- 0-3 years of manufacturing or industrial engineering experience (internships and co-ops count).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, or process optimization.
- An interest in manufacturing technology, automation, data analytics, or digital manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP systems, MES platforms, Power BI, SQL, or similar technologies is a plus, but not required.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
