  • Provide objective feedback and constructive challenge to coaching staff.
  • Attend multidisciplinary planning and review meetings.
  • Build strong working relationships across the coaching and performance departments.
  • Manage analysis equipment during international camps.
  • Support targeted projects aligned with the Women's Technical Strategy.
  • Participate in departmental CPD and analyst development sessions.
  • Contribute to the continual evolution of performance analysis within the England pathway.

Applicants should demonstrate:

  • MSc in Performance Analysis or a related discipline.
  • Minimum three years' experience as a Performance Analyst within professional football.
  • Extensive experience using Hudl Sportscode.
  • Strong working knowledge of iOS platforms.
  • Excellent technical and tactical understanding of football.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally.
  • FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification (or above).
  • Previous experience working in elite women's football.
  • Experience with data visualisation and interpretation.
  • Knowledge of Tableau.
  • Experience using GameOn, RedZone Analysis Capture Masts, and Hudl Replay (or similar technologies).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within one of the world's leading international football programmes, supporting the development of England's next generation of elite female footballers.

You'll work alongside experienced coaches and practitioners in world-class environments including Wembley Stadium and St. George's Park, with access to outstanding facilities and ongoing professional development.

The Football Association is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can thrive.

Successful applicants will be required to complete an appropriate DBS check as part of The FA's commitment to safeguarding children and adults at risk.

Applicants must be available to travel during the following England Women's international windows:

  • 5–13 October
  • 24 November – 5 December
  • 23 February – 6 March
  • 13–24 April

This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the England Women's international pathway, combining elite performance analysis, tactical insight and player development at the highest level of the game.
