About the Jacksonville Jaguars The Jacksonville Jaguars are a professional football team and a member of the National Football League’s AFC South Division. The Events & Entertainment Assistant is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events (when applicable) and game day entertainment elements that will elevate the Jaguars brand by creating a lasting impact for our fans through meaningful and memorable experiences. What You Will Learn from Your Job Responsibilities • What it takes to plan and execute events of all sizes and natures (i.e., Training Camp Practices, Luncheons, Major Press Conferences, Youth Football events, etc.) • How to coordinate the many logistics and intricate details that go into operating a successful event • How to collaborate with other Jaguars internal departments (i.e., Ticketing, Partnerships, Foundation, etc.) to help them reach their departmental goals through events • How to communicate effectively across many internal departments, stadium partners, sponsors, and vendors • How to problem solve and be action-oriented when things don’t go according to plan • How to interact with stadium partners and other team personnel in coordinating logistics, staffing and other event needs ...
