Job Description
Luton Town are offering an exciting opportunity for an aspiring analyst to gain hands-on experience within a professional football environment as a First Team Analysis Intern.
Working alongside the First Team analysis department, the successful candidate will support a range of tactical and operational analysis tasks across training and matchdays.
First Team Analysis Intern
⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Film all training sessions and First Team matches
- Assist with individual player clip production
- Support set play video analysis workflows
- Produce opposition penalty documents
- Contribute to pre-match opposition analysis reports
- Assist with ongoing analysis projects and departmental tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for football tactics and performance analysis
- Experience using analysis software or a strong desire to learn
- Understanding of football data and key performance metrics
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and Keynote
