Job Description
Nashville SC are seeking a First Team Analyst to support the club’s technical and tactical analysis processes across training, matchday, and post-match environments.
The successful candidate will work closely with the coaching staff, contributing through video analysis, tactical insight, and live feedback to support first team performance and preparation.

⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Film and code all First Team training sessions
- Provide live feedback to coaching staff during training
- Lead post-training analysis workflows and best practice clip collection
- Maintain and organise a training drill library
- Support live coding on matchdays
- Conduct post-match analysis and maintain video databases
- Assist with management of First Team interns
- Deliver bespoke analysis projects for coaching staff
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in professional or NCAA soccer
- Strong tactical understanding of football/soccer
- Experience with Hudl products (Sportscode, Studio, Wyscout, Insight)
- Experience filming training sessions and operating drones
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Flexibility to travel and work evenings/weekends
