SUMMARY:
The Utah Royals FC, Real Salt Lake (RSL), and RSL Academy are dedicated to the growth and success of soccer in Utah. Real Salt Lake is currently seeking Front Desk Attendants. These at-will part-time positions are the day-to-day support staff for the Zions Bank Training Center. Qualified candidates will be assisting with operational support of the facility while providing excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
• Greet and welcome guests to the Zions Bank Training Academy
• Provides excellent Customer Service by registering patrons for programs, answering questions, and answering complaints
• Operates the cash register
• Supervises the facility to ensure safety and compliance with Training Academy policies
• Secure building at the end of the evening
• Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum 1-2 years retail sales experience
• Capable of cash handling and POS operations daily and for special events
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work evenings and weekends to accommodate the teams’ schedules
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The job requires regularly lifting/pushing up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifting/pushing more than 50 pounds or exerting heavy force in a wide disparity or environmental conditions. The job involves standing, stooping, bending, lifting, pushing etc.
