IT Intern (Summer 2026) at Nashville SC

Position Summary Nashville SC is looking for highly motivated college students interested in being a part of the Major League Soccer team in Nashville. The ideal candidates will demonstrate initiative, the ability to multi-task, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Please note: This is an unpaid internship for college credit only. To be eligible, candidates must be enrolled at an accredited academic institution and receiving college credit for their participation in the internship. Duties & Responsibilities • Assist the IT department with responding to and resolving basic technical support tickets. • Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues for staff. • Assist with setting up and configuring user workstations, devices, and peripherals. • Assist with basic account support such as password resets and access requests. • Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions within the IT ticketing system. • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary. • Assist with maintaining and organizing IT hardware inventory. • Provide support for various IT-related projects as needed. • Observe and learn from System and Network Administrators regarding infrastructure management and enterprise IT systems. • Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit. • Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. • Available 20–25 hours per week. • Available to work in-person. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
