About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to support recruitment and HR operations The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers and external partners. Responsibilities • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer stage. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles. • Source candidates through various channels and maintain an active talent pipeline. • Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communication. • Prepare employment offers and ensure accurate contractual documentation. • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation and internal procedures are completed. • Manage documentation and administrative processes • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation storage. • Assist with reporting and internal employee data tracking. • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers when needed. • Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including gifts and internal recognition activities for team members based in Ukraine Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and/or administration. • Fluency in Ukrainian and English both written and spoken. • Experience independently managing recruitment processes. • Familiarity with documentation and contract administration. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. • Experience working in a multi-entity or international environment is a plus.
