Job Description
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work as part of our Engineering Team to support electrical maintenance throughout our commercial buildings, undertaking both reactive and planned works.
You will specialise in electrical maintenance and installation to manage and maintain services and systems for all our sites within the property portfolio. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of electrical equipment, including low voltage power, lighting systems, fire alarms and CCTV.
In addition to electrical system maintenance, testing and installation, you will create and complete all required maintenance documentation and update our electronic systems. This will include creating written job plans and technical reports.
All working tasks are to be conducted in accordance with health and safety processes and procedures.
You will be required to support the department’s on-call rota, including any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues.
