About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for testing web applications and systems, creating and executing test plans and cases, identifying and reporting issues, and ensuring overall product quality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and support deployments across environments
Responsibilities
• Test and check web applications and systems to make sure they work properly.
• Gather required information/documents from various sources and evaluating the information for testing
• Create and write test plans, test cases, and test notes
• Perform manual testing to find any issues.
• Report results clearly and help ensure everything is high-quality.
• Track and report bugs, making sure they get fixed.
• Help improve product quality over time.
• Deploy updates on Production/Staging environments.
• Create and maintain configurations in JSON and YAML formats.
• Work with various tools and technologies, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, VSCode, Git.
Requirements
• 0-2 years of experience in a Manual QA role.
• Basic understanding of QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English and strong teamwork skills.
• Experience creating test cases and doing end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with testing web and mobile apps.
• Knowledge of product development and improvement practices.
