Marketing Manager, Analytics & Campaign Strategy

About the Role
Greenville Triumph SC and Greenville Liberty are looking for a driven, data-savvy Marketing
Manager to join our growing team. This is a dual-hat role built for someone who loves both
the creative side of marketing and the discipline of measuring what works. You’ll help
execute campaigns, track performance, and translate data into decisions that grow our
fanbase, drive ticket sales, and amplify our brand across the Upstate.

community to what we’re building on and off the field. You’ll play a key role in making sure
that story reaches the right people, in the right way, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and in-person channels
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align content, promotions, and game day activations
- Support ticket sales, merchandise, and corporate partnership initiatives through targeted campaigns
Performance Analytics
- Own the tracking and reporting of all marketing KPIs — social engagement, campaign
- ROI, email open rates, online ticket conversions, and more
- Build and maintain dashboards or reports that give leadership a clear picture of what’s working
- Analyze fan behavior data (purchasing, attendance, engagement) to inform strategy
Fan Engagement Tracking
- Monitor engagement rates across all platforms with a goal of 3–5%+ engagement
- Track follower growth toward 2026 goals across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn
- Analyze survey results and behavioral data to identify trends and opportunities
Team Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Ticket Sales, Corporate Partnerships, and Stadium Operations to align marketing efforts with organizational revenue goals
- Support the creative team with briefs, timelines, and performance feedback
- Help manage the marketing content calendar to ensure consistent, intentional output
Reporting to Leadership- Provide regular performance reports to Vanessa Gongora and senior leadership
Translate data into clear recommendations that drive smarter decisions
Flag opportunities and risks early based on campaign and fan data
Qualifications
Required
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrated campaign management
- experience
- Proficiency in analytics tools and/or spreadsheets (Google Analytics, Meta Business
- Suite, Excel, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for storytelling and community connection
- Spanish language skills a plus
Preferred
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or live events
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and email marketing tools
- Understanding of minor league or community-based sports organizations
- Graphic design or content creation experience is a plus
