COMPANY BACKGROUND The Houston Dynamo Football Club (HDFC) is a multi-faceted organization dedicated to inspiring and supporting soccer participation and growth in Houston, TX and beyond. The Club’s brands include men's and women's professional teams - the Houston Dynamo (MLS) and Houston Dash (NWSL), a development academy, Houston Dynamo Dash Charities, as well as Shell Energy Stadium and Houston Sports Park. PURPOSE OF THE JOB This part time role is ideal for college students, recent graduates, or anyone looking to launch a career in sports, hospitality, or live events. As a Premium Concierge, you will work closely with the Guest Experience Manager & Premium Service Team to deliver an elevated, best in class experience for guests in our premium areas, including suites, clubs, and VIP hospitality spaces, during matchdays and stadium events. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, friendly, and proactive. No two matchdays are the same. You will play a key role in delivering premium experiences at Shell Energy Stadium, home of Houston Dynamo FC and Houston Dash. KEY RESPONISBILITIES • Provides exceptional guest service to all premium hospitality guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment throughout events • Share creative, guest focused ideas and feedback to support the Guest Experience Manager & Premium Service Team in improving the hospitality experience • Greet, check in, and direct guests while maintaining efficient flow within premium entrances and spaces, ensuring all guests receive the necessary premium wristbands and credentials • Maintains cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of all premium areas before, during, and after events • Acts as a point of contact for guest needs, resolving questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner • Assist guests with accessibility needs and promote an inclusive environment • Handle minor guest concerns and know when to escalate to a supervisor • Represent Houston Dynamo FC with professionalism and pride at all times • Develop a thorough knowledge of the stadium layout, premium offerings, and key personnel to confidently assist and inform guests • Support matchday presentation and atmosphere by helping coordinate premium activations and hospitality touchpoints WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • Previous experience in hospitality, events, customer service, or sports/entertainment is a plus but not essential. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn. • Outgoing and enthusiastic personality with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • A proactive mindset and a willingness to take initiative • Ability to stay calm and professional in a fast paced environment • Interest in working in sports, events, or hospitality • Reliable and flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends • High School diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled college students are encouraged to apply • Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods in an outdoor stadium environment • Ability to work evenings and weekends.
