Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Operations Summer Intern to support the People Operations Team with key projects, HR data research, and recruiting coordination activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, people operations, reporting and analytics, employee engagement, and process improvement.
The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Projects & Administrative Support
· Assist with ongoing HR initiatives and special projects across Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations.
· Provide administrative support to the development, organization, and tracking of HR programs, resources, and process documentation.
· Help coordinate intern engagement activities, meetings, training sessions, and related events.
· Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and communication materials for HR initiatives.
· Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and organizational information.
HR Data Research & Analytics
· Conduct HR-related research and benchmarking on topics such as talent trends, employee engagement, recruiting practices, and workforce insights.
· Compile and analyze HR data to support reporting and decision-making.
· Assist with maintaining data accuracy in HR systems, trackers, and dashboards.
· Support the creation of metrics and reports related to recruiting, internships, onboarding, and other HR programs.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Recruiting Coordinator Support
· Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate logistics.
· Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
· Help manage interview calendars and coordinate with hiring managers and interview teams.
· Assist with posting job opportunities and maintaining applicant tracking system updates.
· Support recruiting events, career fairs, intern programming, and onboarding activities.
· Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
· Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism.
