Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Guest Experience Seasonal Associate will provide overall support to the Guest Experience team. Inclusive in the responsibilities for the position are items to support the department’s overall objectives relative to event days, credentialing and access control, training program development & execution, event set-up and breakdown, as well as some administrative responsibilities for the department. The primary goal of this position is to provide support to the department and NFL’s evolving mission related to game day credentialing and Team Member training and preparation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in the development, organization, and management of event/game operations at Highmark Stadium and other Buffalo Bills facilities.
• Assist in the oversight of Guest Experience Team Members at St. John Fisher University during Buffalo Bills Training Camp.
• Manage assigned tasks and responsibilities during the Buffalo Bills season and events including Guest Experience and overall Fan Experience initiatives for home games.
• Assist in the oversight of department inventory, including uniforms, ticket & credential pedestals, radios, iPhones & iPads and other Team Member resources.
• Maintain Buffalo Bills credential system using ABI Mastermind, Accredit Solutions & Wicket software platforms.
• Develop, maintain and execute pre-event checklist prior to major events, ensuring all Guest Experience spaces within Highmark Stadium are prepared for each event.
• Development and execution of Team Member Rewards & Recognition programs in conjunction with Guest Experience leadership team.
• Assist with recruitment, selection, training, and supervision of game day staff.
• Collect and organize Lost & Found items after each event using Boomerang. Respond to calls, emails, & claims submitted online from fans to arrange pick-up of items.
• Deliver Guest Experience training program to Buffalo Bills team members and team partners as well as pre-shift briefings for Guest Experience Team Members.
• Assist with production of instructional/procedural manuals for all Guest Experience team members and game day partners.
• Manage fan and Team Member communication through Guest Experience hotline and emails. Create resources/FAQ guides to commonly asked questions.
• Support events team by overseeing Bills Team Members at non-game day events.
• Provide administrative support for a variety of event/game related activities.
• Assist with off-site events, errands, and deliveries as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Sports Administration, or related programs required.
• The ideal candidate should have great people skills, be customer service oriented, and have outstanding leadership abilities.
• Qualified candidates must be creative thinkers, self-motivated and have great organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize duties while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Individuals must be able to work without supervision on complex assignments, all while meeting established deadlines.
• Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking in front of larger groups of people and taking the leader role in smaller groups.
• Qualified candidates must thrive in a team-first atmosphere and should be able to openly communicate while providing intelligent feedback and opinions constructively.
• Candidate should be effective problem solvers and feel comfortable utilizing available resources to resolve issues.
• Candidate should have a good working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and a willingness to learn other applicable computer software.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidates must be able to work up to 40 hours per week; including evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Candidate must have reliable transportation.
• Candidate must be able to list up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods of time during inclement weather.
The salary for this position is $17.50/hour. The expected duration is June 2026 - May 2027
