Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns across web, mobile, and OTT platforms
Monitor campaign delivery to ensure pacing, performance, and revenue targets are met
Troubleshoot campaign issues (delivery, tracking, creatives, discrepancies)
Work with ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) for trafficking and reporting
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
Ensure proper tagging, tracking, and implementation of pixels (VAST/VPAID, etc.)
Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, and Tech teams for campaign execution
Maintain campaign documentation and reporting dashboards
Support yield optimization and inventory management strategies
2–5 years of experience in Ad Operations / Digital Advertising
Hands-on experience with ad servers (Google Ad Manager preferred)
Understanding of programmatic advertising and SSP/DSP ecosystem
Knowledge of video ad formats (pre-roll, mid-roll, OTT ads)
Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel / Google Sheets
Familiarity with tracking tools and debugging (Charles Proxy, browser dev tools)
Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, and ad tags
