The Business Optimisation Team within the Digital Transformation Department drives end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, coaches initiative leaders, and acts as a strategic partner to embed sustainable enterprise capabilities across business domains. This team focuses on creating long-term value rather than short-term fixes. The role involves meticulous, solution-oriented work. It requires mentoring functional leads and project owners, while partnering with domain leaders to assess capability maturity and co-design target operating models. The focus remains on enhancing organisational competencies to ensure our digital evolution is both robust and sustainable. This role is eligible for inclusion in our hybrid work from home policy.
