Job Description
As our new Senior Finance Analyst, you will support & contribute to the P&L management for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, partnering with the business to make data-driven decisions and ensure strong financial performance. The role is part of the local finance team, working closely with other departments to deliver insights and drive business growth.
This role is based in Munich.

- 3–5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, or FP&A, ideally with exposure to business partnering or commercial finance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data, build financial models, and derive clear insights
- Good understanding of financial planning processes (budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis) and key business drivers
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain financial topics to non-finance audiences
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills and affinity to financial systems and data/BI tools
- Fluent English and German language skills
- Build and maintain sophisticated, driver‑based financial models from first principles to support forecasting, investment evaluation and strategic planning.
- Develop predictive forecasts leveraging advanced analytics and AI‑enabled tools to improve the accuracy of revenue, cost and cash‑flow outlooks.
- Integrate historical data, operational KPIs and external variables into models, clearly articulating assumptions and sensitivities.
- Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, compelling insights for non‑technical stakeholders.
