Position overview

Sports Info Solutions (SIS) is looking for a new team member to fill a full-time position in our Tech department as Senior ISO Analyst.

Sports Info Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Analyst for a hybrid role, requiring frequent trips to our corporate headquarters in Bethlehem, PA, to manage our core infrastructure and system administration and support our users. This position will focus on ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our cloud and on-premises environments, managing enterprise and customer facing resources, and supporting enterprise software systems and users.

What you’ll do as Senior ISO Analyst on the team at SIS:

Includes (but is not limited to):

• Administer and optimize hybrid cloud environments across Azure (VMs, CDN, Storage Accounts) and AWS (EC2, S3, Route 53, CloudFront, Control Tower, CloudWatch).
• Modernize and maintain server and network infrastructure, including the deployment and management of Hyper V and Hyper V cluster environments.
• Maintain Active Directory environments to enforce organizational security policies.
• Manage Identity Access Management (IAM) architecture, including MS Entra, SSO, SAML, and SCIM integrations.
• Endpoint administration, support and security using ThreatLocker to secure end-user environments, troubleshoot issues, and incident responses.
• Execute minimal-downtime production server administration.
• Maintain and execute disaster recovery strategies utilizing Veeam.
• Monitor network and system health, manage DNS, and respond to incidents using platforms like Auvik, Nagios, GrayLog, and Alien Vault.
• Manage SaaS platforms and workspaces, including oversight of MS365 and Google Workspace environments.
• End user support through our ticketing system. This may include interacting with our customers as well.

Qualifications

If you possess the following, you are well on your way to making an impact at SIS:

• Systems & Virtualization: Hyper V, Windows Server environments, Windows 11 Support, RAID levels, and controller configurations.
• Networking: Palo Alto Firewalls, Netgear enterprise switching, and a solid foundation in networking principals.
• Security & Monitoring: EDR, Firewall Configuration Experience, Network Microsegmentation, and security best practices.
• Cloud Infrastructure: AWS and Azure.
• Identity & Access: Active Directory, MS Entra, SAML, SSO, SCIM.
• Enterprise Applications: MS365, Google Workspace, and Jira Service Management.

Nice to have, but not required qualifications

• Database Management: Experience optimizing database hardware architecture for data ingestion.
• Data Technologies: Proficiency in T-SQL and MSSQL optimization.
• Scripting & Automation: Ability to automate routine system administration and verifications by creating and maintaining custom scripts using Python, C#, or VB.Net.EEO commitment
