The ideal candidate must be able to shoot, edit, write, and have a strong social media skill set. Our three-person KNOE sports department focuses on local athletes along with premier high school and college athletics. We are looking for a candidate who is a self-starter, someone who thrives under deadlines and is ready to cover some of the best teams in Louisiana and the nation. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Writing, reporting, shooting/editing video, and doing live shots - Daily news photography and editing - Must be able to shoot and edit - Work efficiently alone and in a group - Contribute content daily to KNOE.COM, KNOE social media, and streaming - Work in various weather conditions - Candidate will be scheduled to work weekends Qualifications/Requirements: - The successful candidate will be creative, extremely detail-oriented, and have very strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and communication skills - Two years of anchoring/reporting experience preferred.
