About the role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sports Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our sportsbook platform. This role is critical in ensuring the seamless execution of sportsbook activities, optimizing performance, and delivering an exceptional betting experience to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sportsbook operations, sports analytics, feed management, with a deep understanding of the sports betting industry. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily sportsbook operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. • Spearhead the feed usage process and lead business conversations with various feed providers. • Collaborate with the trading department to optimize odds and effectively manage liabilities. • Work closely with the customer service department to address client requests and concerns promptly. • Monitor and improve user experience on the sportsbook platform, focusing on quick response times and intuitive navigation. • Analyze betting patterns, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities. • Prepare and present comprehensive reports on sportsbook performance, customer activity, and financial outcomes to senior management. • Partner with marketing teams to develop and execute engaging promotions, campaigns, and loyalty programs. • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging sports markets, and regulatory changes to guide strategic decisions. • Provide valuable input on new product offerings, platform updates, and features to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: • Extensive experience in sportsbook operations and sports analytics. • Proven track record in managing and optimizing feed usage processes. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. • In-depth knowledge of major sports leagues, tournaments, and events. • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions. • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, ever-evolving industry.
