THE ROLE:

Join a central Ops team that keeps Genius running smoothly - empowering our teams to focus on what they do best: driving the business forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Operational Planning & Oversight: Organize and manage day-to-day operations within the Sports Scheduling Planner team, ensuring efficient resource allocation and smooth execution of schedules.
  • Performance Monitoring & Decision Making: Track operational performance and support analysts in high-pressure situations, making real-time adjustments to ensure targets are met.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and support Sports Scheduling Planner team members to drive high performance and engagement across the team.
  • Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding and deliver final-stage training sessions, ensuring new team members are set up for success.
  • Coaching & Continuous Improvement: Identify skill gaps and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development plans to enhance team capabilities.
  • Workforce Analysis & Optimization: Analyze trends across volume, staffing, and productivity, and implement data-driven strategies to improve efficiency and service performance.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify inefficiencies in planning and scheduling processes and drive continuous improvements to accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, HR, and Management teams to align workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate scheduling decisions, risks, and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Workforce Planning Expertise: Proven experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or operational supervision within a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement practical, data-driven solutions.
  • Organizational Excellence: Exceptional time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure situations and meet tight deadlines.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail & Accuracy: High level of precision and attention to detail, ensuring reliable and accurate outputs.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and/or workforce management tools.
  • Regulatory Awareness: Good understanding of administrative processes and Bulgarian labor legislation.
