Statistician Recruitment & Training Lead at Genius Sports

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management across the global statistician network.
• Manage and develop a team of analysts, providing coaching, direction, and support.
• Monitor data quality, performance trends, and compliance, taking action where needed.
• Act as an escalation point for statistician performance, training, onboarding, and client queries.
• Drive process improvements, risk management, and operational efficiency across the function.

• Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to prioritise effectively and perform under pressure.
• Strong coaching and people leadership capabilities.
• Excellent English and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Power BI is a plus.

• You have knowledge of football, basketball, volleyball, or other major sports.
• You have experience working with distributed or global workforces.
• You have experience with reporting and data visualisation tools.
