Job Description
Publicis Sports, the sports marketing division within Publicis Groupe and Publicis Media, is searching for Supervisor to join its Intelligence team based in New York, NY or Chicago, IL. This team member will report directly to the Director of Measurement and Analytics. This position will focus on the development of data-driven insights and recommendations across sports sponsorship analytics, fan analytics, category trends, and sponsorship valuation. This role is responsible for helping turn data sets into clear insights that help inform partnership strategy, measurement frameworks, and go-to-market decision making.
This position requires a highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded person with analytical rigor, intellectual curiosity, comfort working across multiple data sources, and an interest in the evolving sports sponsorship landscape. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to support both strategic and tactical workstreams, including reporting, valuation analysis, fan research, trend monitoring, and presentation development. Successful candidates will be emerging analytics professionals who can synthesize findings into concise, compelling stories for internal teams and clients, while building expertise in sponsorship measurement, fan behavior, industry trends, and valuation methodologies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day project and account management duties as assigned related to client sports marketing partnership measurement across property and social and broadcast channels
- Conduct hands-on analysis across sponsorship measurement, fan research, audience data, and asset performance to identify actionable insights and implications
- Help implement the data analytics vision for business decision making through unique designs for clients and to support the product strategy plan.
- Translate data from multiple sources into clear charts, summaries, and presentation-ready materials that support client storytelling and decision making
- Collaborate with strategy, consulting, sales, and measurement teams to support project delivery, insight generation, and client-facing outputs
- Work with the rest of the Intelligence team to learn and implement new research processes and analytical solutions
- Play a part to develop POV’s and whitepapers on sports industry news and developments
- Contribute to positive team culture to foster high performance, efficient processes, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2\+ years of experience with sports audience data, audience data or sponsorship data analytics.
- Preferred candidate would have agency or rights holder experience working with brand clients, but not mandatory
- Quantitative education or experience preferred (Statistics, Social Sciences, Economics, Quantitative Marketing).
- Proficiency across Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills a must
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
- Must be a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Proven ability to communicate complex, technical concepts to broad based stakeholder audience
