Spartan Ventures is looking to hire a Ticket Analyst to support the Ticket Operations unit.
Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain, and analyze ticket sales, attendance, and revenue reports across all athletic programs.
* Build and manage dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Snowflake and Paciolan iQ to support leadership decision-making and pricing strategy.
* Assist with dynamic pricing, inventory management, and revenue optimization initiatives.
* Monitor ticket sales trends, purchasing behavior, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.
* Manage ticketing-related data within CRM systems to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy.
* Execute and support ticketing email campaigns through Eloqua, including audience segmentation, deployment, tracking, and performance analysis.
* Provide actionable insights and recommendations related to season ticket renewals, premium seating, group offers, and single-game sales.
* Support forecasting, budgeting, and revenue modeling initiatives for the Ticket Office.
* Collaborate with marketing, development, digital, sponsorship, and external relations teams to support integrated revenue-generation strategies.
* Assist with data audits, process improvements, and modernization of ticketing operations.
* Create ad hoc reports and presentations for athletics leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in sports management, business, analytics, marketing, information systems, or related field.
* Experience working with data analytics, reporting, or CRM platforms in professional or collegiate sports.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to be a self-starter and work independently.
* Ability to work various hours including nights and weekends.
* Strong work ethic, positive attitude, integrity, communication skills, and desire \& ability to learn in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry.
