We are seeking an experienced and motivated Ticket Service Representative to join our team. In this high-impact role, you will support all facets of the ticket office as the first point person when ticketing issues arise at the counters or phones. The incumbent is in place to handle issues and questions to ease the load of managers and produce quick resolutions to guest problems or questions. The TSR Captain position allows managers to focus on larger issues resulting in the overall guest experience to be at its highest level.
What You Will Do:
• Greet each guest in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
• Perform assigned duties with a focus on excellent guest service
• Sell tickets using Ticketmaster Host, Archtics and TM1 Sales ticketing system
• Provide information regarding event schedules, various pricing and seating
arrangements
• Explain venue and show promoter policies for all events
• Troubleshooting digital ticketing issues within the Suns and Ticketmaster Apps
• Answer ticket office phone line
• Provide general information regarding arena policies and event details
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance (60% monthly event availability)
• Stay current on events scheduled at the Footprint Center
• Troubleshooting event night issues (customer account issues, ticket transfers,
scanning, etc.)
• Balancing and reconciling daily/nightly ticket sales
• Ensure compliance with ticket related ADA laws
• Assist in box office cleanliness
• Follow dress code policy-Business casual
• Other administrative duties as assigned
What We Need from Our Ticket Service Representative:
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Effective problem solving using multiple ticketing software platforms
• Basic computer skills
• Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
• English/Spanish bilingual is a plus
Experience/ Education Requirements:
• Minimum six months guest service experience required
• Cash handling and credit card transaction experience preferred
• High School Diploma

• Flexible schedule includes weekends, evenings, some holidays and some overtime to meet business needs
• Most event shifts begin at 4:45 PM and last 3-5 hours.
• Non-event phone line day shift are available Monday-Friday 10am-5pm
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work 60% of events or day shifts each month
• Work Indoors, away from the elements
• L-Light Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists 2/3 or more of the time) to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Sedentary Work. Even though the weight lifted may be only a negligible amount, a job should be rated Light Work: (1) when it requires walking or standing to a significant degree; or (2) when it requires sitting most of the time but entails pushing and/or pulling of arm or leg controls; and/or (3) when the job requires working at a production rate pace entailing the constant pushing and/or pulling of materials even though the weight of those materials is negligible.
