Video Intern, Content & Production at Cleveland Browns

Summary Description The Cleveland Browns are seeking a full-year video intern to assist in the team's daily video content for digital, social media and broadcast. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Shoot and edit press conferences • Shoot and edit community visits • Assist the department in shooting practice and games as needed • Create content for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X • Assist in media management by logging and organizing footage • Assist in larger video projects and shoots as needed • Editing and support for TV broadcast needs (preseason, Browns Countdown, etc.) • Support for internal requests • Other duties as assigned Qualifications • BA; Film & Digital or related field (preferred) • 1-3 years of video production experience (sports experience preferred) • 1-2 years of shooting football (preferred) or other sports using both ENG and DSLR cameras • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.) • Fundamental understanding of entire production process (pre-production, production, and post-production) • Fundamental understanding of graphic design • Basic understanding of grammar and spelling, with attention to detail in captions, titles, and on-screen text Requirements • Candidate must be willing to work non-traditional hours that include nights, weekends, holidays and work within the demands of an NFL schedule • Link to demo reel or website required for consideration We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, gender identity, marital or veteran status, or any other protected class.
