The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Front-End Developer who is passionate about building modern, scalable applications. You’ll take ownership of the full product feature lifecycle — from concept and design collaboration through to development, testing, and delivery — ensuring we continue to deliver world-class streaming experiences to millions of users worldwide
- Design and develop highly interactive user interfaces on Web and Living Room devices.
- Deliver clear, robust, and (automatically) testable code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders such as product managers, UX designers and other software engineers to deliver a compelling user experience.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and fostering best practices within the team.
- Partner with the other Software Engineering teams to create end to end solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus onJS/TypeScript.
- At least 4 years programing in REACT.
- Proven expert level knowledge in FE development (NodeJS, React, npm/yarn, WebPack).
- Extensive experience with CSS animations and JavaScript-based animation libraries
- Experience with cloud (preferably AWS) and/or micro-services.
- Strong sense of ownership, and initiative to fix problems and optimize systems that are both inside and outside your area of responsibility.
