  • Support recruitment strategy through detailed coverage of assigned leagues and markets.
  • Produce comprehensive scouting reports on prospective players.
  • Maintain and manage scouting shortlists and player tracking systems.
  • Collate and organise scouting intelligence and recruitment information.

  • Work alongside Academy and First Team recruitment staff.
  • Gain experience in live scouting and report writing throughout the season.
  • Participate in cross-department learning opportunities to develop a broader understanding of football operations.

  • Is organised, proactive and eager to learn.
  • Wants to build a career in football recruitment and player identification.

Applicants should be planning to undertake the Advanced Talent Identification and Player Recruitment (Distance Learning) MSc at St Mary's University Twickenham. Successful interview candidates will then be required to apply for the course.

  • Monthly contribution towards living expenses.
  • Hands-on experience within a professional football club.
  • Mentorship from senior members of Norwich City's recruitment department.
  • Exposure to Academy and First Team recruitment processes.
  • Learning and professional development opportunities throughout the placement.
