The Role
The CAA Brand Consulting Account Manager will play a key role in on project with an international beverage brand to launch products in the U.S. The candidate will work cross functionally with internal departments across the agency and within brand consulting, external partners, clients, and internal/external vendors. The Account Manager will lead the day-to-day management with collaborators and support development of marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
•
Co-develop product launch strategies (planning, research and idea generation) through sports and entertainment partnerships (talent, influencers, experiential) across channels/formats (in-store, e-commerce, events, activations)
•
Develop and deliver clear, compelling communications and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
•
Serve as a primary internal team contact
•
Own project plans and timelines for marketing strategy development
•
Work collaboratively with strategy and data & analytics teams to interpret and apply relevant insights
•
Provide proactive recommendations and POVs tied to client business and brand objectives, influencing decision-making
•
Build strong relationships across CAA to identify and promote new opportunities for clients
•
Support organic growth efforts through insights, research, and pitch support
•
Handle account administration, budget tracking and client reporting
•
Monitor latest trends in beverages, including with sports and entertainment properties
Qualifications
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar discipline
•
At least 4-6 years’ relevant experience including developing product launch strategies through sports and entertainment partnerships
•
Ability to develop relationships across the CAA enterprise
•
Strong, established industry (sports & entertainment) relationships
•
Ability to balance and advance multiple projects and project components, simultaneously often within tight deadlines
•
Ability to speak to our CAA Brand Consulting offerings
•
Excellent PowerPoint & Excel skills
Preferred Skills
•
Bilingual in Japanese and English
Location
This role will be hybrid, located in our Los Angeles office.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $85,000 to $115,000. This position also is eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
