Position: Associate, Partnership Marketing – Part Time/Temporary (12 months)/Non-Exempt
Department: Corporate Partnerships
Reports To: Vice President, Partnership Marketing
Location: Arizona Cardinals (Tempe, AZ)
Format: In-person
Duration: This is a one-year position from June 2026 to May 2027

The Arizona Cardinals Football Club is a professional football team within the National Football League (NFL). We compete in the National Football Conference (NFC) West division and call State Farm Stadium, in Glendale, Arizona, our home.

Summary:
Associate, Partnership Marketing will be responsible for assisting the Partnership Marketing team by delivering excellent service and fulfillment to all current and prospective corporate partners. This position will be assigned season-long projects and initiatives to support all Arizona Cardinals corporate partnerships.
Primary Job Duties:
The Associate, Partnership Marketing will have responsibilities, without limitation, to include the following:
• Work closely with the Corporate Partnerships department and see that current clients receive superior service and complete fulfillment and execution of all contractual elements
• Assist with maintenance and updating of club's sponsorship inventory including autographed memorabilia, team apparel, and other merchandise
• Assist with maintaining records of all asset implementation
• Assist with the planning and execution of Corporate Partnership-related special events
• Assist with team mascot or Cardinals Cheerleaders appearances by being on site to fulfill
• Interact professionally with clients, team executives, other departments, and fans at games and events
• Assist in planning and execution of special events, games and client meetings.
• Support game day activations specific to partnerships
• Capture and log proof of performance for partners at games, events and online.
• Track partnership assets, creative assets and partner materials
• Activate sponsor-related promotions both in the community and in-Stadium on gamedays
• Represent the Arizona Cardinals Football Club with the utmost professionalism and integrity
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree conferred by June 2026 or equivalent education, training, and experience
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Power Point, Word
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of client service, marketing and integrated sponsorship programs
• Experience working with professional sports team or league organization preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
• Able to work non-traditional hours, in non-traditional settings
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Demonstrate flexibility and creative problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work in-person in the Tempe, AZ corporate office; business attire required
• Able to lift 25 lbs
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in non-traditional settings for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs between 25-40 hours per week
• Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check
