Job Description
The Stadium & Event Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Los Angeles Rams Stadium Operations team and Hollywood Park events teams with all Rams initiatives at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park. This role will primarily focus on supporting gameday logistics for Rams and partner activations, experiences, entertainment efforts and general front-of-house logistics. On non-gamedays, this role is expected to work closely in managing the day-to-day operation of Rams needs at SoFi Stadium and to assist with execution of Rams events at SoFi Stadium or elsewhere as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and execution for all Rams home games and Rams events at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park
• Coordinate gameday activation load-in/load-out timelines, logistics, and stadium access for Rams internal departments, vendors, and stadium stakeholders to ensure building compliance during Rams game weeks at SoFi Stadium
• Potentially serve as on-site lead for any overnight load-ins or load-outs around gamedays, able to effectively and autonomously troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Support the Rams game entertainment team with logistics for larger-scale entertainment productions like halftime performances, group performances or staging logistics
• Assist with gameday ticket sales events and season ticket member experiences, including timing, coordinating stadium entry, credentialing (as needed), check-in process, staging areas and paths of travel
• Coordinate logistics and staffing for any giveaway distributions
• Manage requests and layouts for Rams requests for building furniture, fixtures and equipment for Rams gamedays
• Help create working documents and collateral to be used for both internal and external stakeholders that assist with the effective management of Rams gamedays and general stadium operations responsibilities
• Manage the internal Rams non-gameday event & tours request system. Support the planning and execution of Rams-led private events taking place at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park.
• Maintain accurate records of Rams stadium event submissions, estimates, and invoicing for tracking event metrics. Compile post-event feedback and analyzation of event data
• Manage regular correspondence with Rams staff & vendors on building availability and access protocols
• Assist with daily operations at SoFi Stadium including point of contact for Rams deliveries, organization of Rams offices & storage units, managing supplies inventory
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree required, with an emphasis on Business, Sports Management, Hospitality or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in a sports environment, but other event-focused industries acceptable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to multitask and fulfill many different organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to connect with both internal and external stakeholders with a friendly, personable and customer-service attitude
• Proven ability to build and maintain highly detailed, organized, and up-to-date planning documents like shared timelines, maps/layouts and directions
• Ability to compile, organize and prioritize feedback in an efficient, analytical and timely manner
• Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple internal departments; experience managing external vendor relationships is a plus
• Self-starter with a passion for putting on high-energy public events
• Extreme attention to detail and high level of organizational skill
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
Work Environment & Expectations:
This position is based out of the Woodland Hills, CA office with frequent travel to SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, CA. The Rams offer a flexible working schedule, so a professional at-home setup is required, though this role is expected to be in-office at least 4 times per week, and during game or event weeks may be working on-site 6-7 days per week.

• Must be able to sit, stand or work with hands for extended periods of time
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Available to work flexible hours as needed, including but not limited to evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
*The 2026 NFL Schedule is expected to be released in May; candidates are expected to be flexible and make arrangements to ensure they can attend all home games once the schedule is announced, including potential for any in-season flexible scheduling changes and/or potential playoff games.
Pay Rate: $24.04/hr. + overtime eligibility
