Job Description
The Seasonal Corporate Communications Intern will support the team’s corporate communications department and assist in promoting the team’s off-the-field initiatives to media including community affairs, marketing events, ticketing, international efforts, partnerships and more during the 2026 NFL season.
Role Responsibilities:
• Compiling news clippings and disseminating them to all staff
• Writing website articles covering the team’s community, marketing and partnership initiatives
• Creating media reports (media tracking/monitoring) for community programs, marketing campaigns & sponsored events/assets
• Editing and contributing to a monthly staff newsletter, as well as other internal communications
• Postgame transcriptions and in-game stat distribution on gamedays and other transcriptions as needed
• Drafting media advisories, press releases and pitching stories to local media outlets
• Compiling media lists
• Collaborating with various departments to support the organization’s goals and initiatives
Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):
• Strong writing skills and experience
• Effective verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain attention to detail and work effectively to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software
• College or professional sports media experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
Salary: $18/hr.
