Job Description
The Dallas Wings are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Intern. This role will provide hands-on experience supporting the Corporate Partnerships team through partnership prospecting, gameday activations, and partnership activation planning. The intern will gain exposure to how corporate partnerships are developed, executed, and fulfilled within a professional sports organization while working closely with multiple departments across the organization.

Areas you will be learning about:
• Corporate partnership prospecting and research to identify potential sponsors
• Planning and execution of partner activations at Dallas Wings home games and events
• Partnership asset development across in-arena, digital, and community platforms
• Partnership fulfillment tracking and sponsor asset management
• Cross-department collaboration between partnerships, marketing, ticketing, and community teams
Learning Opportunities:
• Assist with researching and identifying prospective corporate partners
• Support planning and execution of partner activations during Dallas Wings home games and special events
• Help coordinate sponsorship elements such as signage, hospitality, and promotional items
• Assist with tracking and managing partnership assets to ensure contractual deliverables are fulfilled
• Observe and support the development of partnership activation strategies
• Shadow team members to gain insight into how corporate partnerships drive revenue and brand exposure for the Dallas Wings
Preferred Experience:
• Sports management, business, marketing, communications, or related field
• Interest in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, and sports business
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Minimum Requirements:
• Ability to work non-traditional and long hours including evening and weekends
• Students must be currently enrolled at an accredited university; in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
