POSITION OVERVIEW:  CRM ANALYST

Elevate is looking for an Analyst to join our Revenue Strategy team. In this role, you will support the administration and ongoing success of CRM platforms across both Elevate and select client engagements. Your primary focus will be supporting Elevate's internal sales teams by maintaining data quality, assisting with pipeline management, troubleshooting user questions, and ensuring our CRM remains a trusted source of truth for the business.

You will partner closely with sales leaders across Elevate's solutions, serving as a resource for CRM support, user training, and day-to-day system administration. As your experience grows, you will also have opportunities to support client CRM environments, gaining exposure to multiple CRM platforms while working alongside our experienced Revenue Strategy team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new technology, and bringing organization to complex data. Our CRM function plays a critical role in revenue generation, and your work will directly impact revenue generation for both Elevate and our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide day-to-day support and training for users of Elevateʼs Salesforce instance
  • Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and organization of a large, evolving CRM database
  • Leverage standard and custom Salesforce objects to collect, manage, and query data that leads to actionable insights for sales leaders
  • Support pipeline management activities, helping sales leaders to make data driven decisions from current and future sales opportunities
  • Manage, select, and distribute leads from a variety of lead sources for B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Collaborate with CRM team and sales leaders to enhance CRM processes, user adoption, and data quality
  • Investigate CRM issues, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions with support from the Revenue Strategy team as needed
  • Assist internal teams, such as Marketing, with list development
  • Support with client CRM engagements spanning multiple systems (Hubspot, Dynamics, etc.) while building expertise in revenue operations best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience

  • Experience working with Salesforce or another CRM platform through professional, internship, academic, or volunteer experience is preferred
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications a plus
  • Sports and entertainment industry experience a plus

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (Hubspot, Dynamics, etc.), including basic configurations, workflows, and bulk data management
  • Understanding of core CRM concepts and relationships between objects such as Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google suites
  • Experience using a data visualization tool such as Tableau or PowerBI to communicate insights
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity and a willingness to investigate, learn, and figure things out independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights
  • Collaborative, positive mindset with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Demonstrated professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information appropriately

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Full-Time, Non-Exempt
  • Anticipated Compensation: $24.03/hour - $28.85/hour
