Job Description

Reporting to the Sporting Director, this senior leadership role will define the club's analytics strategy while building the people, processes, technology, and infrastructure required to support recruitment, coaching, performance, medical, and sports science departments. This is a unique opportunity to establish a best-in-class sporting analytics department within one of Major League Soccer's most progressive clubs.

  • Define and implement the club's long-term sporting analytics strategy.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing analytics function.

  • Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts clearly.

  • Minimum seven years' experience within elite sport or high-performance environments.
  • Strong understanding of football recruitment processes.
  • Knowledge of performance analysis workflows.
