The Queensland Academy of Sport are seeking an Early Career Data Analyst to join their Performance Support team as they build towards Brisbane 2032 This is an exciting opportunity to work within an elite high-performance sport environment, supporting coaches, athletes, and practitioners through data-driven insights and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics products • Analyse datasets to generate actionable insights • Support sporting programmes with data-informed decision making • Work with cloud-based data environments and visualisation tools • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Contribute to a high-performance data culture ✅ Key Requirements • Degree in Data Science, Sport Science, Computer Science or related field • Experience with SQL and Python or R • Power BI / data visualisation experience • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, Databricks desirable) • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Passion for sport and analytics Applicants must also submit a short video response as part of the application process.
