Job Description
ASPA is pleased to share an exciting opportunity on behalf of Doncaster Rovers F.C. for a Recruitment Analyst to join their football operations team.
This role will play a key part in supporting player recruitment through data analysis, performance insights, and talent identification—contributing directly to First Team and long-term squad development.
Key Highlights:
- Deliver data-led insights to support recruitment decisions
- Analyse player performance (video + data platforms)
- Collaborate with scouts, coaches, and recruitment staff
- Build player databases and produce detailed reports
- Identify emerging talent across domestic & international markets
Ideal Profile:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with tools such as Python, R, SQL, Excel
- Familiar with platforms like Wyscout or Hudl
- Passion for football recruitment and talent ID
Location: Flexible
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: Competitive
