Facilities Associate, Part-Time at NYCFC

JOB TITLE: Facilities Associate, Part-Time REPORTING TO: Office Manager DEPARTMENT: Infrastructure & Facilities LOCATION: New York, NY COMPENSATION: $18/hour, 25 hours per week POSITION OVERVIEW: The Facilities Associate supports the New York City FC Infrastructure & Facilities department by assisting with daily office operations, facility maintenance, and administrative tasks. This role works closely with the Office & Facility Manager to help maintain and manage the physical assets and operations of the NYCFC offices on the 30th and 17th floors. WHAT YOU’LL BRING: • 1-2 years’ experience in facility management or office administration. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in MS Office suite. • Ability to adapt to changing conditions, prioritize tasks, and suggest improvements. • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays, and at other NYCFC facilities if needed.
