Job Description

Brighton & Hove Albion FC are recruiting a First Team Set Piece Analyst to join their Analysis Department at the American Express Elite Football Performance Centre. Working closely with the Head of Analysis & Data, Set Piece Coach and First Team Coaching Staff. The successful candidate will: ✅ lead opposition set piece analysis ✅ support the development of attacking and defensive set piece strategies through elite-level video and data analysis. Key responsibilities: - include delivering tactical insights and presentations, analysing match and training set pieces - maintaining coding processes and databases - identifying global set piece trends and supporting the club’s wider tactical framework. Candidates should have extensive experience in elite football, strong tactical knowledge of set pieces and expertise using tools such as Hudl Sportscode, Hudl Studio, Wyscout and StatsBomb. A Performance Analysis degree or related qualification is essential, with UEFA B desirable. Full Job Description here.
