Summary This full-time temporary role will assist the Football Operations department in all day-to-day tasks throughout the 2026 season. This includes practice field set up, facility operations, player transportation, player onboarding, team travel, game day assignments, International Series preparation, and various other duties as assigned. This role will require nights and weekends, as well as a substantial amount of driving. Job Responsibilities • Manage the everyday operations of practice field setup pertaining to Football Operations (tents, weights, tables, fans, etc.) • Assist with daily facility operations to ensure all potential paths are clean and clear for players and coaches • Provide transportation for guests of the organization as well as incoming and outgoing players • Assist with new player onboarding and introducing said players to various departments when necessary • Monitor the Training Camp parking lot for any logistical issues (i.e. broken arm gates, non-functioning exits, etc.) • Partner with the Nutrition Team to confirm all hotel meals are set and ready in advance of players arriving • Assist with all facets of team travel (planning, execution, and after-action reporting) • Assist with practice, responsibilities to be determined by equipment staff as well as football operations • Collaborate with multiple departments on the International Series Game, this will include ocean shipments, air freight, and packing lists ...
