Job Description
Location: London, Brisbane Road
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £30,000 per year
Lead the club's recruitment video analysis and data workflows, combining scouting evidence and performance insights to support player identification and recruitment decisions.
Work closely with the Head of Recruitment and Chief Scout.
- Lead video and data analysis across recruitment.
- Produce player video packages aligned with positional profiles.
- Create technical and non-technical player dossiers.
- Conduct live and video scouting.
- Integrate scouting evidence into recruitment recommendations.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaborative working.
