THE ROLE: We are seeking a hungry, driven, and highly successful sports media/advertising seller to join our Integrated Partnerships team as an individual contributor. This role is designed for a proven closer with existing relationships across both blue-chip and SME accounts, who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is motivated by outsized earnings and impact. FloSports streams over 50,000 events annually across 25+ sport verticals—including racing, hockey, wrestling, track & field, cheer, cycling, grappling, and a growing roster of NCAA conferences—to millions of the most passionate fans in all of sports. With women's sports experiencing unprecedented growth in viewership, investment, and cultural relevance, this role will be instrumental in capitalizing on that momentum across FloSports' portfolio, which features significant women's sports programming in cheer, gymnastics, volleyball, softball, track & field, and more. You will own the full sales cycle for advertising and sponsorship opportunities, prospecting and closing multi-faceted deals that leverage FloSports' unique combination of live events, original content, social and digital video, influencer/athlete activations, on-site event experiences, and data-driven audience targeting. A strong understanding of and passion for the women's sports landscape is a key differentiator for this role. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Identify, prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close integrated advertising and sponsorship deals with both blue-chip brands and SMEs, leveraging your existing relationships, business development abilities, and FloSports' growing portfolio of assets across 25+ sport verticals. • Drive New Business: Aggressively pursue net new revenue while expanding current relationships, with a focus on verticals and sectors aligned to FloSports' strategic growth plan—including sports sponsors, heartland brands, tech, women's sports brands, beauty, fitness/wellness, apparel, tourism, pharma, betting, and more. • Champion Women's Sports: Develop and evangelize the commercial opportunity within FloSports' women's sports programming. Build the case for brands seeking to align with the explosive growth of women's athletics, leveraging audience data, cultural trends, and FloSports' live event calendar to unlock new investment. • Solution Selling: Develop creative, insight-driven proposals that solve marketer business needs by integrating live event sponsorships, custom content, social/influencer activations, athlete partnerships, podcasts, and digital media across FloSports verticals. • Data-Driven Targeting: Utilize audience insights, Quantcast, and CRM tools to target the right brands and deliver measurable ROI for clients. Track and report on pipeline, outreach, and deal progress using Salesforce and other sales enablement tools. • Elevate Brand Perception: Serve as a brand ambassador for FloSports, positioning our live sports content and events as a premium, brand-safe environment for marketers seeking passionate, loyal, and hard-to-reach audiences. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with content, marketing, production, events, and product teams to package and deliver compelling, turn-key programs for advertisers. Ensure flawless execution and client service post-sale. • Meet and Exceed Quotas: Consistently achieve and surpass aggressive quarterly and annual revenue targets and outreach quotas, with a focus on increasing average deal size and landing multi-year, six- and seven-figure commitments. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • Track Record of Success: 5+ years in sports media, digital advertising, or integrated sponsorship sales, with a proven record of exceeding revenue targets and closing six- and seven-figure deals. • Deep Relationships: Existing, active relationships with decision-makers at blue-chip brands, agencies, and SMEs across relevant sectors (sports, CPG, tech, retail, financial, beauty, apparel, tourism, etc.). • ...
