Job Description

Position Summary Nashville SC is looking for highly motivated college students interested in being a part of the Major League Soccer team in Nashville through the club’s Marketing and Entertainment Internship. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of creative marketing and entertainment initiatives. Interns will gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, campaign development, matchday entertainment operations, and real-world project workflows in a fast-paced professional sports environment. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and eager to learn the behind-the-scenes operations of a Major League Soccer club's marketing team. Please note: This is an unpaid internship for college credit only. To be eligible, candidates must be enrolled at an accredited academic institution and receiving college credit for their participation in the internship. Duties & Responsibilities • Dynamic Project Management: Engage in diverse project management tasks, including creative initiatives, video production, digital campaigns, and merchandise development. • Grassroots Marketing: Assist in the planning and execution of community events, Street Team activations, and the NSC Neighborhood Pub Program. • Matchday Entertainment: Support matchday entertainment operations including market research, artist asset management, match day timelines, and other related tasks. •  Special Projects: Take on unique and challenging special projects that provide opportunities for growth and learning. •  Data Collection & Analysis: Collect and analyze data to generate insightful reports on various projects, helping to drive informed decision-making. • Industry Research: Conduct thorough research to stay informed about the latest industry trends, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and Competitive. Requirements • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit. • Available 20-25 hours per week. •  Available to work events and match day. • The understanding that working in sports is different than being a fan. This • position does not guarantee candidates will be able to watch games. Many • valuable positions within the organization are behind the scenes, and they • provide little ability to watch the games.
