Job Description
Brighton & Hove Albion are seeking a Training Analyst to join their Men’s First Team Analysis Department, leading the analysis of first team training sessions and helping drive a culture where training analysis is given the same importance as match analysis.
Working closely with coaches and players, the successful candidate will provide detailed team and individual feedback through pre-, live-, and post-training analysis to support player development and improve performance.

⚽ Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of all Men’s First Team training sessions
- Deliver detailed team and individual performance feedback
- Support pre-, live-, and post-training analysis workflows
- Identify tactical and technical trends within training environments
- Work closely with coaching staff to enhance player development and team performance
- Contribute to a high-performance analysis culture aligned with first team objectives
Essential Requirements
- Outstanding football knowledge and understanding of advanced tactical principles
- Proven full-time experience within an elite football environment
- High proficiency with industry-leading analysis software and technologies
- Ability to analyse both team structures and individual player tendencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience delivering actionable insights to coaches and players
