Job Description

Brighton & Hove Albion are seeking a Training Analyst to join their Men’s First Team Analysis Department, leading the analysis of first team training sessions and helping drive a culture where training analysis is given the same importance as match analysis.

Working closely with coaches and players, the successful candidate will provide detailed team and individual feedback through pre-, live-, and post-training analysis to support player development and improve performance.

⚽ Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of all Men’s First Team training sessions
  • Deliver detailed team and individual performance feedback
  • Support pre-, live-, and post-training analysis workflows
  • Identify tactical and technical trends within training environments
  • Work closely with coaching staff to enhance player development and team performance
  • Contribute to a high-performance analysis culture aligned with first team objectives

Essential Requirements

  • Outstanding football knowledge and understanding of advanced tactical principles
  • Proven full-time experience within an elite football environment
  • High proficiency with industry-leading analysis software and technologies
  • Ability to analyse both team structures and individual player tendencies
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience delivering actionable insights to coaches and players
