Job Description

TITLE:   People Experience Partner DEPARTMENT: People & Culture (HR) REPORTS TO: Sr Director of People & Culture FLSA: Full Time; Salaried-Exempt WHAT SETS YOU APART You are a teammate first partner who thrives in dynamic environments and leads with care and support to create meaningful experiences for teammates, new hires, and leadership.  The ideal partner supports the Orlando City & Orlando Pride onboarding process, guiding our teammates through hire and integration into the Club.  You bring a creative eye, curiosity, empathy, and impeccable problem-solving skills to every challenge.  You ensure that we are fostering a positive Club culture aligned with the Club’s mission, vision, and values.  A natural collaborator and driver of change, this role will lead the life cycle teammate experience and ensure proactive management of teammate inquiries with gold standard service.  Reporting to the Sr. Director of P&C, the People Experience Partner, will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, onboarding experience, engagement, and performance cycle management.  The People Experience partner will play a key role in the overall success of the People & Culture team, supporting day-to-day operations and participating in strategic projects. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Fosters a positive Club culture that aligns with the organization's mission, vision, and values. • Drive end-to-end recruiting strategies across all departments. • Create and deploy a high-impact candidate to teammate experience while upholding best practices. • Administer and analyze life cycle onboarding/offboarding surveys of teammate experiences, making recommendations and action plans. • Lead the recruiting efforts in collaboration with the hiring managers as needed for part-time, seasonal, and/or hourly staff to maintain staffing levels, especially during high periods of growth. • Champion and improve the onboarding/offboarding process by preparing teammate notices and related documentation.  Ensuring every interaction reflects our culture and commitment to Club values. • Organize and partner with department managers to complete new hire orientation and provide new teammates with solid Club knowledge, guidance on policies, and access to the Club handbook(s) and resources. • Maintain teammate records per club policies, ensuring completeness and accuracy with a high level of detail. • Manage all data entry into the HRIS Management system, Dayforce, ensuring high data integrity. • Collaborates with managers to create, maintain, and regularly update job descriptions. • Leads specific P&C-related projects assigned, researching, progressing, and coordinating projects, and making recommendations for future action. • Supports the annual benefit renewals and open enrollment processes in coordination with the Payroll & Benefits Manager. • Build and deploy the mid-year and end-of-year performance review cycle alongside training for all teammates and managers. • Build and deploy the annual engagement survey with applicable follow-up of actionable recommendations. • Maintain data privacy and employee confidentiality. • Respond to teammate inquiries promptly on a variety of people-related topics. • Assists with management of training materials and training records (SafeSport, Gold Standard Training, etc.). • Collaborates with internal/outside counsel regarding all immigration matters for teammates. • Other duties as assigned. To join our team, you will also possess these qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience. • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is highly preferred. 4-6 years of experience with People & Culture (HR) administrative functions. • Experience with Dayforce HRIS is highly preferred. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. • Proven ability to respond quickly and accurately to requests for data, and the ability to provide excellent customer service are a must. • Excellent computer system skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong supervisory and leadership skills. • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills required. • The ability to pass a background screening. • The ability to attain and maintain Safesport certification. • Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict standards of confidentiality, discretion, and ethics. • Knowledge and experience in employment law practices (e.g., EEO, ADA, FMLA, DOL, OSHA, etc.). • Ability to work normal office hours as well as during evenings, weekends, and holidays for events. ...
