SALES DIRECTOR, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIPS – CINCINNATI BENGALS SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Cincinnati Bengals are seeking a Sales Director, Corporate Partnerships, to lead the club’s corporate partnership sales efforts and drive continued revenue growth across the organization. This role will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing sales team while working collaboratively across the organization to deliver best-in-class partnerships for our corporate partners. The Sales Director will lead a team of new business sellers and partnership development managers, focusing on both new partnership acquisition and expanding existing partner relationships. This role requires a strong leader who can drive accountability, and create a culture focused on proactive selling, relationship building, and consistent execution.  Reporting to the Chief Financial & Commercial Officer, this role will work closely across the organization to ensure seamless delivery and growth of our partner programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ·         Lead and manage a team of three new business sellers and three partnership development managers responsible for driving corporate partnership revenue. ·         Establish clear sales goals, activity expectations, and revenue targets for the team. ·         Provide coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to maximize individual and team performance. ·         Build a disciplined sales culture focused on proactive outreach, face-to-face meetings, and consistent pipeline development. ·         Drive new partnership revenue through strategic prospecting and creative solution-based selling. ·         Identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing partnerships in collaboration with partnership development managers. ·         Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. ·         Develop strategies to maximize inventory across sponsorship assets including media, digital, in-stadium, and experiential platforms. ·         Work closely with the Partnership Activation team to ensure seamless execution and long-term partner success. ·         Collaborate with marketing, digital, content, and other internal departments to develop compelling partnership platforms. ·         Ensure partnership proposals are tailored, strategic, and aligned with partner business objectives. ·         Implement consistent sales processes, CRM discipline, and reporting to track activity and results. ·         Establish best practices for prospecting, client engagement, and renewal strategies. ·         Maintain strong market awareness and identify emerging categories and partnership opportunities. QUALIFICATIONS ·         7+ years of experience in sports sponsorship sales, media sales, or partnership development. ·         Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams. ·         Strong track record of generating new revenue and closing complex partnership deals. ·         Excellent relationship-building and communication skills. ·         Strategic thinker with strong organizational and leadership abilities. ·         Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
